Wonderful local flavor and a beautiful drive through the mountains. We were hungry and came across Mad River Burger Bar totally randomly. How lucky for us!! Huge burgers and I made the mistake of ordering a large fry. The medium was bigger than I expected large to be. I recommend sharing a large fry with two or more people! Really fun milkshakes have delicious flavor. If I'm ever road tripping though here again I'm definitely going out of my way to come here. For being in the literal middle of nowhere it was packed so there was a pretty long wait but it was ok because a) popular good food always has a longer wait and b) it was totally worth the wait!
